Scope of Caregiver Duties

1. Personal Care

   • Ambulation and Range of Motion Support

   • Assistance with Bathing, Personal Grooming, and Hygiene

   • Dressing Assistance

   • Toilet Assistance and Incontinence Care

   • Feeding Assistance

   • Medication Supervision

2. Home Management

   • Light Housekeeping

   • Laundry Services

   • Shopping and Errands

3. Daily Activity Assistance

   • Support with Daily Living Activities

   • Escort to Medical and Personal Appointments

   • Companionship, Comfort, and Emotional Support

   • Assistance during Family Gatherings and Social Events

   • Socialization Support

4. Service Arrangements

   • Options for Live-In or Live-Out Arrangements

   • Specialized Services Available Upon Request and Agreement

All duties performed by the Caregiver are subject to this scope and provided within the parameters of the agreement. Any additional tasks or responsibilities outside of this list may be performed only upon mutual agreement and written authorization.
